Elite Coaching 

We start with a set of proven principles and apply these to your unique situation. Your goals, available hours to train, favorite training rides, strengths and weaknesses are just some of the factors we take into account. Plans start at $150/month.

Training Plans

For those who aren’t quite ready for a full-time coach, we offer customized training plans on a quarterly basis from $75/month.

Event-Specific & Generic Plans

We realize that sometimes athletes are just looking for a plan to print out and follow, so we offer event-specific plans for races in our region, and generic plans that you can use to prepare for your upcoming event. These are available on Training Peaks.

Training Consultations

Not quite ready for a coach? Or maybe you’ve been doing this forever, and prefer to self-coach? Either way, you should periodically sit down with a professional to review your training logs and training schedule. An objective, professional analysis can go a long way towards your own peace of mind, and can help avoid common pitfalls like plateauing or over-training, and also help you make the most of limited training time.

Power Meter Consultation

Just got a power meter, but don’t know a watt from a joule? We’ll walk you through, step by step, the setup, calibration, and best practices for using your new power meter. If you are considering a power meter, but not sure which one is right for you, we can walk you through the options.

Clinics & Seminars

We offer a wide range of clinics & seminars on a regular basis that are open to the public. However if you have a club or a group of friends we’re available to bring our expertise to you. Contact us for details.
