No Compromises

We offer customized solutions for endurance athletes. No matter the level of service you choose, we adhere to the same philosophy and guidelines: We start with a set of proven principles and apply these to your unique situation. Your goals, available hours to train, favorite training rides, strengths and weaknesses are just some of the factors we take into account. We view ourselves as map makers – you know where you are, and where you want to be, and it’s our job to help get you there.

How It Works

A training plan is a road map, and it’s at the heart of what we do here at AOT. Whatever service you choose, you will have a road map. A consultation will give you the tools to build the map, a training plan will give you the map, and coaching will give you a partner for the journey. Read on for details.

Consultation

Just looking for some advice? Maybe you’re a do-it-yourself type of person, and either need some help getting started or things have gotten stale and you need a fresh set of eyes. In a consultation we’ll go over your history, strengths and weaknesses, current fitness, and goals. At the end of the session you’ll have the tools to draw your own map, and some expert advice to get you started. A 1-hour consultation is $75 and can be done in-person, on the phone, or via skype.

Training Plan

A training plan is the next logical step. After a detailed analysis of your unique situation, we will build you a training plan – a road map – to get you from where you are today to where you want to be – your goal event. Plans are provided via Training Peaks and start at $250 for a 3-month training plan. Please contact us for information about other durations such as a 1-month sprint tri plan, a 6-month ironman plan, or a 4-month off-season cycling plan.

Coaching

In coaching we take the consultation, the resulting road map, and add the most important factor – a partner for the journey. A training plan is a map to follow, while a coach is someone to walk with you along the way. What does that look like? Workout analysis and feedback, schedule changes, race tactics, nutrition questions, even one-on-one sessions and showing up on your big day.
